Charlie Phuakchoo has almost 20 years cooking Thai food. Hailing from Suratthani in Southern Thailand, Charlie moved to London to broaden his skills. Spending time with the prestigious Oriental Group and Blue Elephant Group he worked in Dublin, Paris, Dubai, Belgium, Germany and Copenhagen perfecting his trade. Charlie’s impressive career has given him a notable clientele with President Mary Mc Aleese, Sir Bob Geldof and Sir Roger Moore numbering amongst his many VIP diners. Charlie has received many awards in his long career including accolades from Master Chef, Bangkok and the Forte Hotel, Dubai.
